A few weeks ago, a few of our weekly mail clients had questions on about their mail being delayed. This was a shock to us considering nothing at all changed in the process of printing/generating postage/dropping off at the bulk mail center/etc. After providing the USPS 3600 and 3602 postage statements, the only conclusion that came to mind was that the mail was possibly delayed. This wasn’t a good enough “guess” for us here at Influence Direct. We never want to call a client and say “I guess your mail is delayed” and not know for sure if it actually is.
